Wendy is a writer, MC and speaker. She acknowledges the power of our life stories in columns and articles, as host of Home Truths Podcast and through hosting corporate, charity and Conversation Club events. Wendy is also a mother of four sons and their stories keep her constantly on her toes.

She speaks to people who have been bent by adversity, have faced it head-on and have come out the other side stronger. These people share how they overcame the dark times and what it has taught them about life and themselves. Each story teaches us that we are stronger than we think.

Conversation Club

Wendy started Conversation Club in 2015 and, at each event, she invites two guest speakers to talk on topics we may all face in our lives. After the first guest shares the story of a challenge they have confronted, we turn to our second speaker, who has rigorous professional and academic expertise in guiding people through similar challenges, for their advice. The honesty of our guests encourages us all to be brave and honest as well, while empowering us with the knowledge that we can share our journey with others who can guide us forward, safely.
